Business Machine Products, Inc (BMP) offers structured management of imaging consumables (ink, toner, etc.) for businesses of all sizes. With our Inventory Management program, you always have the right toner cartridges for your machines, right when you need them.

Enrollment in our Inventory Management program is easy and free. We perform a site visit to compile a listing of the machines you have in use and establish a baseline usage model (i.e., how many copies are averaged monthly) for each. Then, according to the agreed-upon schedule, we will re-stock your machines so that you always have a backup cartridge available on-site. In addition, we will recycle your used cartridges and pick those up each time we make a scheduled delivery.

Our Inventory Management program includes:

	Initial inventory of all machines on location
	Stock all toner ink and ribbon cartridges for all printers, copiers and fax machines on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
	OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or BMP's remanufactured cartridges which can save your company up to 40%
	Guarantees on all remanufactured cartridges
	Guaranteed returns on obsolete inventory (At any time you remove a machine from service, BMP will guarantee the return of your supply items for 30 days after that machine becomes inactive.)
	Semi-Annual inspection and upkeep of all your printers. (Twice a year our service tech will come in to inspect all printers for problems or replacement parts and provide a free on-site evaluation.)
