Below are our return and shipping policies for replacement toner and ink cartridges.

- A BMP representative will conduct a free site visit to record the type of business machines (fax, printer, copier) you have and the products being used.
- We'll build you a personalized online order form for your company featuring the specific products you routinely order (No more hunting through product labels and manufacturer IDs hoping for the right match.)
- Adding new machines? Retiring old ones? Updating your order form is quick and easy...just make changes to your account online!
- Our easy online ordering comes complete with e-mail confirmation, secure web transactions, shipping status, and more.
- Credit will not be given until the product in question has been received back by BMP.
- Shipping charges will only be credited for BMP errors. All returns must be sent back pre-paid.
- All product returns must have a valid return authorization (RA) to receive credit. Call for your RA code.
- Defective products may be returned for exchange, refund, or credit within 90 days of purchase with your original receipt, packing list, or email confirmation.
- All non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Non-defective returns must be in resalable condition to receive credit and must be in original box with original packaging and documentation. Note: Original box with writing and labels on them are considered not saleable.
- Special-order items that we normally do not stock or are special-ordered from our distributors, sale items, and discontinued items may not be returned for any reason.
- New office equipment (printers, fax, and maps) may not be returned. New office equipment may only be returned to the manufacturer.
- Product returns for items damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged, and the damage must be reported to BMP within 3 days of receipt of product. The product must be returned in its original exterior carton.
- Most stock items are shipped within 24 to 72 hours. In the event the item is on backorder, a customer service representative will contact you.
- During the checkout process, you will be presented with shipping options available based on your location (such as Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, etc.). Pricing will appear next to each option. Our carrier for shipping is UPS. Please allow time for Standard Ground delivery.
- Please allow time to process your order. Shipping & Handling charges will be added to your invoice. We are required to charge state, county, or local sales tax based on the state your order is being shipped to.
