Our highly-trained technicians have more than 30 years experience servicing business machines and regularly participate in continuing education so we are up-to-date on servicing the most recent product releases. WARRANTY
BMP fully warrants the compatible remanufactured toner cartridges we produce to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The cartridges have been remanufactured to the most exacting quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer. BMP will, at its option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price of any of its remanufactured laser or copier printer cartridges found to be defective. BMP further warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our laser printer cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to your laser printer. In the unlikely event that our product causes damage to your printer, BMP will repair your printer, providing such damage could not have occurred under identical operating conditions when using an OEM product.
